Biomedical Engineer

As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, diagnosis, repair, and calibration of equipment both in the workshop and on-site at healthcare facilities across India. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Operations Team to plan and support installations in multiple sites. Additionally, you will enhance your engineering skills to effectively troubleshoot defective equipment. Your role will also involve providing service related to technical components, fault-finding procedures, and spare part management. It is crucial to keep accurate documentation to comply with standard processes and formats. This includes completing service reports, responding to queries promptly, and staying updated with relevant Technical Service bulletins. Qualifications and Qualities: - Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering - Experience in a technical customer support or field service engineer role with strong communication skills - Willingness to travel as the position requires working in public and private hospitals - Knowledge in Information Technology and networking is desirable - Proactive, responsible, and cooperative team player with good time management skills - High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job is full-time with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund.
