We offer curated therapies, authentic Ayurvedic massages, and stress-relief programs in a calming, world-class environment. We’re looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-oriented Female Center Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure each client experiences true “Aanandam.” 🎯 Role OverviewThe Center Manager will be responsible for the smooth daily operations, team management, sales & client satisfaction, and overall profitability of the wellness center. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities 🔹 Operations & Client ExperienceEnsure smooth day-to-day operations of the wellness studio. Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and client comfort. Supervise therapy room setups, therapist schedules, and inventory. Handle client check-ins, feedback, and service recovery. 🔹 Team ManagementManage and motivate therapists, front desk staff, and housekeeping. Create and manage duty rosters, attendance, and performance tracking. Conduct daily team briefings and ensure service protocols are followed. 🔹 Sales & Business GrowthAchieve monthly sales and membership targets. Promote wellness packages, memberships, and corporate tie-ups. Upsell therapies and retail Ayurvedic products to walk-in clients. Maintain daily revenue reports and update management dashboards. 🔹 Marketing & Branding SupportCoordinate local marketing campaigns, wellness camps, and influencer tie-ups. Ensure social media content and customer reviews reflect premium standards. 🔹 Administration & ComplianceMaintain cash register, billing reports, and stock control. Coordinate with vendors for consumables and equipment upkeep.
