We are seeking a proactive Backend Executive to support partner coordination, software operations, and backend communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling online calls, strong communication skills, and a background in software or SaaS. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with partners via online calls, emails, and CRM tools Manage backend operations including documentation, follow-ups, and reporting Assist in software onboarding, demos, and support tasks Maintain accurate partner and client records Ensure smooth internal coordination between sales, support, and vendor teams Requirements: Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in a backend, support, or coordination role Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with SaaS tools, CRMs, and remote collaboration platforms Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Preferred: Experience in B2B tech or software companies Ability to communicate professionally with global teams Important: Minimum contract period - 1 Year Part-time Payout - 5 Hrs a DAY- 8,000 Rs plus incentive. Part-time Payout - 6 Hrs a DAY- 10,000 Rs plus incentive.
