Job Description

Responsible for setting up infrastructure for the center · Responsible for overall placements, mobilization, higher education program · Responsible for effective, job-oriented training of youth for BPO/Retail sector in the project districts. · Responsible for organizing capacity building workshops and ToTs for the field staff and trainers. · Ensure timely completion of the prescribed syllabus across the centers. · Apply innovative teaching tools and techniques to check absenteeism and retain the candidates for the entire training duration. · Conduct weekly / fortnightly / monthly assessments at the center and evaluate the progress; of both trainers and trainees and issue certificates to the successful candidates after completion of training program. · Prepare the candidates for jobs / placements. For ex. Interview facing tips, CV preparation, job environment awareness etc. · Lead, manage and motivate a team of trainers in the project districts and update them with relevant curriculum. · Develop and share regular updates on project progress and learnings. · Record and document all aspects of training and case studies. Maintain and update MIS in coordination with Head Office. · Prepare and submit the following: weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly reports using the standard desired reporting formats. · Report to and support the Program Head. Flexibility in extending office timing when required: Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Requires travelling when needed: requires work with external customers or the stakeholders: requires prompt service Any degree/PG/MSW with min 4 years of experience in NGO/development sector.
