Job Location: Tenali, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh

Job Description:

The Center Head will be responsible for the overall management, operations, and successful implementation of the DDUGKY training center at Tenali. This role requires strong leadership, people management, and operational expertise to ensure compliance with scheme guidelines, maintain training quality, and achieve placement-linked outcomes.

Key Responsibilities1. Center Management & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the DDUGKY center.
• Ensure infrastructure, equipment, and learning environment comply with project standards.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) as per DDUGKY and company requirements.

2. Training & Academic Delivery

• Ensure effective mobilization, counseling, and enrollment of candidates from rural backgrounds.
• Supervise trainers, mobilizers, and support staff to maintain training quality.
• Monitor curriculum delivery and ensure adherence to NSQF standards and SSC guidelines.

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain all statutory and project-related documentation (attendance, MIS, assessments, placement records, etc.).
• Coordinate with the Project Implementing Agency (PIA) team for audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Ensure strict adherence to DDUGKY quality parameters and government norms.

4. Placement & Industry Linkages

• Build strong relationships with employers for student placements.
• Track post-placement support and ensure retention of placed candidates.
• Achieve targets set for placement-linked training programs.

5. People & Performance Management

• Lead, motivate, and monitor trainers, mobilizers, and admin staff.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and build staff capacity.
• Foster a positive and disciplined work culture at the center.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with community leaders, local bodies, and government officials for smooth center operations.
• Represent Shri Technologies in district/state-level reviews and monitoring visits.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in skill development/training/education sector (experience in DDUGKY preferred).
• Proven track record in center management, team leadership, and achieving placement outcomes.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DDUGKY guidelines, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle MIS, reports, and audit documentation.
• Networking and employer engagement skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
