Center Head

You will be working with various departments within the organization to enhance the impact and effectiveness of marketing strategies and increase sales. Your primary responsibilities will include meeting business targets for the city, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources, expanding centers in a specific city, coordinating lead generation and nurturing, delivery and post-delivery processes on a city level, exploring tie-up options in the city, recruiting and training necessary staff, conducting product presentations in colleges and schools, counseling and guiding students about local and international study options, and planning and implementing marketing strategies within the allocated budget. You should possess good listening and communication skills, a genuine interest and commitment to assisting students, self-motivation, target orientation, goal focus, basic computer skills, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in center management and operations. The offered annual CTC is between 3.5 to 4 lakhs. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. Performance bonuses may be provided based on achievements. The work location is in person at Calicut.
