Key Responsibilities

1. Centre Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service delivery.
  • Manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, and revenue generation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

2. Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of physiotherapists, administrative staff, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and high morale.

3. Patient Care:

  • Ensure patients receive the highest level of care and effective treatment plans.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement new treatment protocols and services.

4. Business Development:

  • Drive patient acquisition and retention strategies to meet growth targets.
  • Develop and execute BTL marketing initiatives such as community outreach, health camps, workshops, and business partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and other referral sources.

5. Quality Assurance:

  • Regularly review and assess service quality at the centre.
  • Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives for patient care and operational efficiency.

6. Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports on centre performance including financials, patient feedback, and team productivity to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all operations and activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of physiotherapy practices and patient care.
  • Proven expertise in business development and BTL marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
