Samrasa Foundation is a mental health–focused NGO dedicated to promoting early intervention, awareness, and accessible support services for children with special needs. Our clinic in Gurgaon provides therapeutic and educational support through a multidisciplinary approach, ensuring every child’s potential is nurtured in a compassionate environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Center Head to lead our Gurgaon clinic for special kids. This role involves managing day-to-day clinic operations, coordinating with therapists and staff, building partnerships with schools and organizations, and overseeing the execution of therapy and outreach programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an understanding of special needs education/therapy, and the ability to drive both operational excellence and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth delivery of therapy services.
• Manage and support a team of therapists, educators, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate with schools, NGOs, and other organizations to develop and present proposals for collaboration.
• Build partnerships to expand outreach and service impact.
• Ensure high-quality client care, timely communication with parents, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
• Minimum 1 of experience in a leadership, coordination, or program management role
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with children with special needs and their families.
