As Center Head  Operational Management 1. Oversee daily clinical and administrative functions of the centre. 2. Ensure smooth coordination of patient appointments, treatments, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.  Staff Management 1. Supervise and support staff across departments to ensure performance and professional behavior. 2. Conduct regular staff training sessions to maintain competency and service quality.  Policy Implementation 1. Execute organizational policies, SOPs, and operational protocols as per Praanavaidya standards. 2. Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance guidelines.  Reporting & Communication 1. Submit regular updates on operations, patient statistics, and financial performance to management. 2. Suggest process improvements and strategies for centre development. Skills & Competencies  Strong Ayurvedic diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities.  Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.  Good organizational and documentation practices.  Compassionate patient handling and ethical clinical conduct.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
