Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Center Head to lead our preschool operations at First School – Madipakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to manage teachers, parents, and daily school activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool center.
• Ensure smooth academic and administrative functioning.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the teaching and support staff.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and child engagement.
• Interact with parents and address concerns proactively.
• Implement innovative teaching practices aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Drive admissions and meet center enrollment targets.
• Plan and execute school events, celebrations, and parent engagement programs.
• Manage financial aspects like budgeting and resource allocation for the center.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in preschool management or as a Center Head/Coordinator.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Passion for working with young children and educators.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
