Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Head at Inclusive Paradise Foundation located in Panchkula. The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, developing and implementing inclusive programs, coordinating with staff and volunteers, and ensuring the well-being and safety of all participants. The Center Head will also be responsible for community outreach, fostering partnerships with local organizations, and managing administrative tasks. The role requires strong leadership skills, empathy, and a commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity. Making treatment plans and assessment of Children for Speech and Occupational Therapy

• Leadership and Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing inclusive programs
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
• Empathy and commitment to inclusion and diversity
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy.
• Experience working with children and families in diverse settings is a plu
