Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director located in Panchkula. The Assistant Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing inclusive practices, supporting staff and program development, and fostering a positive community environment. The candidate will work closely with the Director to ensure that all initiatives align with the Foundation’s mission of promoting inclusion and diversity.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in program development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of inclusive practices and community building
• Empathy, understanding, and a commitment to diversity
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Speech therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/BASLP) is mandatory
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
