We’re looking for an Assistant Director who understands that ads are built in pre-production, broken on set, and fixed with discipline.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist the Director through prep → shoot → wrap
• Handle pre-production basics (planning, shot breakdowns, coordination)
• Be on ground. All day. Every day of the shoot.
• Travel when the script demands it.
• Stay with the crew till the job is done.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Basic understanding of advertising / film pre-production
• Ability to think fast, adapt faster
• No attitude. High intent.
• Comfort with long hours and real set pressure

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹2,500.00 per day

Expected hours: 4 – 24 per week
