Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Head based in Ahilyanagar. The Center Head will oversee the daily operations of the center, manage the academic team, ensure smooth execution of educational programs, and implement effective strategies to meet organizational goals. The responsibilities include handling student and parent communications, coordinating with faculty, maintaining infrastructure and resources, monitoring and improving student outcomes, and ensuring operational excellence at the center. The candidate will also identify new opportunities for growth and promote the institute’s services within the local community.

Qualifications

Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with experience supervising teams and managing operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with students, parents, and staff members.
Knowledge of JEE, NEET, and CET curriculum and a commitment to fostering academic success.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle operational challenges efficiently.
Proficiency in using technology for managing education services and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a leadership role within the education or EdTech field is an added advantage.
