Job Title: Full Stack Developer (.NET Core & React) Location: Hinjewadi (Work from Office Only) Experience Required: 2+ Years Employment Type: Full-time/Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET Core and React. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in building scalable web applications, a strong understanding of modern software development practices, and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities: Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and test web applications using .NET Core for the backend and React for the frontend. API Development & Integration: Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. Frontend Development: Create responsive and interactive user interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Backend Development: Implement business logic, data processing, and database interactions using .NET Core. Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage database schemas; write efficient SQL queries for relational databases like SQL Server. Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to coding best practices. Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and technical challenges. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in .NET Core, React, and web development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Frontend: Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux or Context API). Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack or Vite. Backend: Strong proficiency in .NET Core (C#) and web API development. Familiarity with ORM tools like Entity Framework. Databases: Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server). Version Control: Experience with Git and version control workflows. Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks for frontend (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and backend (e.g., xUnit, NUnit). Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of Docker and containerization. Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to performance monitoring and optimization tools.
