Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Full-Time (On-Site), Saisha Nilayam, M 43 & 44, near RK Lawn, Mansarovar Sector 7, Shipra Path, Raghu Vihar, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020 Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives (No salary bar for the right candidate. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.) About the Role: We are seeking a strategic, growth-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. This role requires a driven professional who can identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and lead high-impact sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, inbound/outbound strategies, and online platforms. Develop and implement custom business development strategies to acquire new clients and penetrate emerging markets. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a strategic advisor and point of contact. Lead client meetings, discovery sessions, solution pitches, negotiations, and proposal presentations. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to ensure solutions align with client objectives. Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to enhance the sales approach. Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track KPIs, and deliver accurate performance reports to senior management. Mentor and support junior sales team members, including Business Development Executives (BDEs) and interns, when needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar leadership role—preferably in the IT or digital services industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges. Confidence in managing high-value accounts and handling C-level client conversations. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
