Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at INDUS Cruise Line, with 4-6 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality control.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Analyze customer feedback and improve menu offerings.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
