Position Title: CCTV Executive

Location: Koregaon Park,Pune

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. CCTV Operator (Monitoring)

Best for those who are observant, patient, and good at spotting details.

Key Responsibilities

 Live Monitoring: Watch multiple surveillance screens in real-time to detect

suspicious behaviour, security breaches, or safety hazards.

 Incident Response: Alert on-site security teams or emergency services immediately

when an incident occurs.

 Evidence Management: Review recorded footage to investigate past incidents and

export/save video clips for legal evidence.

 Log Keeping: Maintain meticulous written or digital logs of all daily activities and

unusual events.

 Equipment Checks: Perform daily checks to ensure all cameras and monitors are

functioning and reporting faults to the technical team.

Required Skills

 High Concentration: Ability to stay focused on screens for long shifts (often 8–12

hours).

 Discretion: Handling sensitive information and maintaining strict confidentiality.

 Communication: Giving clear, calm descriptions over a radio or phone during high-

pressure situations.

2. CCTV Technician (Technical/Field)

Best for those who are "hands-on," understand electronics, and enjoy troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

 Installation: Mounting cameras, running cables (Cat6/Coaxial), and setting up

NVR/DVR recording systems.

 Network Configuration: Setting up IP addresses and ensuring the cameras can be

viewed remotely via apps or software.

 Maintenance: Cleaning lenses, adjusting camera angles, and updating system

firmware.

 Troubleshooting: Diagnosing why a camera has "gone dark" or fixing hard drive

errors in the recording unit.

Required Skills

 Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IP networking, port forwarding, and electrical

wiring.

 Problem-Solving: Identifying hardware vs. software issues quickly.
