Job Title: Alumni Relations Manager Location: Sreenidhi Institute of Science & Technology (SNIST), Yamnampet, Ghatkesar, Hyderabad, Telangana 501301 Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Alumni Relations Manager to lead and grow our alumni engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with alumni, developing programs to connect alumni with current students and faculty, and enhancing SNISTs national and global reputation through active alumni involvement. Key Responsibilities: Expand and Maintain the Alumni Database: Update and enhance the alumni database regularly using tools like LinkedIn, surveys, outreach campaigns, and institutional records. Coordinate Alumni Executive Committee Meetings: Coordinate quarterly meetings with key alumni stakeholders to review strategies, plan activities, and strengthen alumni contributions. Plan and Organize Alumni Events: Conceptualized and executed events such as annual alumni meets, reunions, networking mixers, and regional chapter launches. Leverage the Alumni Portal: Promote the official SNIST alumni portal for networking, mentorship, and collaboration; assist alumni in maximizing its use. Support Institutional Rankings and Reports: Collect and maintain alumni data, especially related to employment and career progression, for use in NIRF, NBA and other institutional reports. Enhance Alumni Communication: Draft and circulate newsletters, announcements, and event updates; manage alumni engagement across LinkedIn and other platforms. Promote Alumni Involvement in Student Development: Coordinate alumni-led sessions, mentorship programs, placement referrals, and expert talks aligned with curriculum and career services. Strengthen Social Media Presence: Manage and grow alumni-focused social media handles; highlight alumni achievements and promote engagement. Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with department alumni coordinators, student bodies (like SARC), and faculty to align alumni activities with institutional goals. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelorss or Masterss degree in Management, Education, Communications, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in alumni relations, community engagement, or institutional advancement. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and event management skills. Proficiency in using LinkedIn, CRM/alumni databases, and digital outreach tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
