CCAAS Gen AI Product Owner

Product Strategy:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Define and prioritize product features based on business value and customer impact.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct regular product reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Iterate on products based on user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve product development goals.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
2. Proven experience (10 years) in Conversational AI product management, with a successful track record of delivering high-impact products.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
5. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
6. Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
