Job Description

As a Product Strategy professional, you will be responsible for developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals. Your role will involve conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. You will define and prioritize product features based on business value and customer impact. In the realm of Product Development, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product development from concept to launch. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Regular product reviews will be conducted to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery. As part of Product Lifecycle Management, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Iterating on products based on user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics will also be a key focus. Effective Stakeholder Communication is essential in this role. You will be required to communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and executive leadership. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy will also be part of your responsibilities. Team Leadership is another significant aspect of this role. You will lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve product development goals. Creating a collaborative and innovative culture within the product team will be crucial for success. To qualify for this position, you should have a Master's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Conversational AI product management with a successful track record of delivering high-impact products is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to make data-driven decisions, are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, will be necessary. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, as well as knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, are also desired qualifications.,
