Supporting the managers in the team, the project coordinator would manage the assigned tasks, which could include project coordination support, campaign support and calendar management

The role would suit someone keen to build their marketing experience in a professional services environment and become part of an established and successful marketing team, recognized for pushing boundaries in professional services marketing. An interest and/or experience in financial services would be an advantage.

• Acting as the point person on operations for business stakeholders and local marketing teams involved in campaigns, project briefings, communicating key dates, maintaining project plans, preparing some meeting materials.
• Assisting with sector and solution activity planning, including inputting data into or planning tool.
• Working on research projects as necessary newsletters, forums, conferences and as requested.
• Project Administration support
  • Put together project plan and provide weekly updates
  • Follow up on outstanding actions
  • Keeping team updated on movements and changes
  • Flag risks and concerns
• Campaign Support
  • Calendar planning (coordinating dates in the diary)
  • Logistics room bookings, IT support, webcast booking form and briefings
  • Project co-ordination/management
  • Provide replay information and links post campaign
  • Manage invoicing and payment
• Calendar management
  • Organize placeholders for various meetings
  • Issue invitation and call details
  • Manage invite updates/cancellations

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 2 to 4 years in / BPO services/Project management/
• Experience in multiple systems and applications
• Experience of working in a Marketing environment
• Experience working with clients from different countries
• Experience working in a business where the primary spoken language is English.

Ideally, youll also have
