What This Role Involves

You will work alongside a senior team on mandates that include corporate positioning, issue management, media engagement, and thought leadership. The role involves both thinking and doing: researching, writing, tracking, and engaging across multiple workstreams.This is not a creative ad agency job. Its an opportunity to contribute to the kind of communication that shapes reputations, influences perception, and earns trust often in high-stakes or high-visibility scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

Support corporate communication strategies through media research, content development, and outreachDraft briefing notes, media pitches, responses, FAQs, and backgroundersMonitor news cycles, identify reputational risks, and track client coverageMaintain and update journalist databases, industry notes, and press kitsAssist in preparing clients for media interactions and public statementsParticipate in internal and external meetings, keeping tasks and timelines on trackClients in sectors : Education, Logistics, Auto, Fintech, Manufacturing, Startups, Tech / AI, Retail, Lifestyle to name a fewWho This Role Is ForWe value skills over labels and welcome candidates from PR, consulting, client servicing, or other client-facing, research-heavy roles. What matters is your ability to think clearly, write well, and navigate complexity with confidence.

Youre likely a good fit if you:

1- 2 years of Prior experience as PR executive

Are an excellent communicator (written + verbal) with a nose for nuance

Can break down complex issues into clear, actionable ideasAre thorough with research and comfortable working with limited informationStay calm under pressure and are quick to adaptTake ownership of tasks and timelines without being micromanaged

Are interested in how companies shape public perception, handle scrutiny, and build credibility over timeNice to Have (Not Musts)Exposure to corporate affairs, journalism, public policy, or legal/compliance-driven workUnderstanding of Indias media and business landscape
