The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple (10 to 20 outlets) bakery locations within a designated area, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales, improve service standards, and ensure each location meets the companys goals. The Area Manager will lead store managers, foster a high-performing team culture, and pursue local marketing and business development initiatives to expand the bakery chains presence.

Operational Excellence

• Lead multiple bakery locations to ensure consistent standards in product quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits, providing guidance on action plans to address any gaps.
• Oversee inventory and supply chain management to maintain stock levels without compromising product freshness.

Sales Growth & Market Expansion

• Develop and implement targeted local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive foot traffic, and grow sales.
• Build community relationships and partnerships to strengthen the bakerys presence.
• Stay informed on competitors and market trends to proactively identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Financial Management

• Oversee budgets and monitor financial performance, analyzing metrics like revenue, cost, and profitability for each location.
• Implement cost-control measures, optimize labor efficiency, and identify areas for improved resource allocation to achieve financial targets without compromising service or quality.

Team Development & Leadership

• Recruit, develop, and mentor store managers, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, establish clear performance goals and implement succession planning to ensure each location has a well-trained team ready to take on increased responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, creating a warm and inviting environment across all locations.
• Address and respond to customer feedback, implement service improvements, and empower team members to deliver exceptional service, ensuring a memorable experience for every customer
