Job Description

Assistant Manager EBO Operations

Experience:

About the Role-

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with distributors, customers, and logistics teams for deliveries & LR tracking.
Support pre-sales communication with sales teams and channel partners.
Manage WhatsApp communication campaigns and GMB listings.

New Store / EBO Setup

Plan stock transfers and ensure dispatch readiness.
Implement planograms and display standards for new stores.

Inventory & Replenishment

Monitor store stock levels and replenish inventory as required.
Create and manage STOs; coordinate stock offers to COCO stores.

POS & System Updates

Ensure accurate POS inventory updates and scheme uploads.
Coordinate POS trainings for store teams.

Stock Allocation

Share ageing inventory reports with stores.
Manage stock allocation for exhibitions and VM requirements.
Support alignment for new product launches.

New Product & Customer Handling

Arrange product catalogs for FOFO & COCO stores.
Support resolution of product-related customer complaints.

Bespoke (Custom Orders)

Understand customer requirements and raise design requests.
Coordinate sample development and plant communication.
Work on pricing, margins, cut plans, and article code creation.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in
retail operations (EBO preferred)
.
Experience in inventory management, POS handling, and stock allocation.
Exposure to custom / made-to-order / bespoke operations preferred.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, POS, and ERP systems.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, VM, Supply Chain, Design, Plant).
