Retail Trainer

VMentor Retail Academy, in partnership with Tanishq (Titan Company Limited), invites applications for Retail Sales roles at Tanishq Franchise Stores across Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Chennai, Madurai and Coimbatore.

This is a structured RecruitTrain–Deploy (RTD) opportunity designed for candidates looking to build a long-term career in jewellery retail.

1) Role Overview:

- Position: Retail Trainee

- Employment: On the payroll of Tanishq Franchise Store (not Titan Company payroll)

- Location: Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Chennai, Madurai and Coimbatore Tanishq franchise stores

- Eligible Candidates: At least 12th pass candidates, Freshers or Retail Sales professionals (minimum 1 year experience) or Jewellery Sales professionals (minimum 1 year experience).

- Eligible age range: 18 years to 26 years

2) Selection & Training Process: The process will begin in January – 3rd week, 2026 and will follow the steps below:

2. Virtual Assessment

3. Personal Interview (PI)

4. Mandatory Training Program: Freshers: 1 month, Retail Sales (1+ year experience): 15 days, Jewellery Sales (1+ year experience): 1 week

5. Final Interview (post training) & confirmation as Retail Trainee

6. 12-month Probation Period

7. Post-probation PI & confirmation as Retail Sales Officer (RSO)

3) Training Details: Conducted by VMentor Retail Academy at Zero cost to the candidates with a certificate of completion.

Note: No stipend during training. Local travel and meals will be provided during training

4) Compensation & Career Path:

• Compensation structure for freshers: INR 15,000 fixed with performance based incentives as variable pay from 7th Month.
• Compensation structure for experienced candidates: Hike based on last drawn salary
• Career Path: Retail Trainee for 12 months during probation & Retail Sales Officer(RSO) after completing probation and clearing PI
