Retail Trainer

Role Overview: As a Retail Trainer located in Delhi at MNR Solutions Pvt. Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to conduct training sessions, develop training materials, and provide coaching to enhance customer service skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring all staff members are well-versed in the company's products and policies, ultimately contributing to the improvement of the retail team's skills and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with travel agents across North & Central America, Africa, and Europe to promote products and services. - Drive sales growth by managing existing agency relationships and onboarding new partners. - Act as a single point of contact for sales and operational requirements from designated international markets. - Register new agencies and conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for agency staff. - Prepare and present sales reports and monthly MIS to the management team. - Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote destinations, campaigns, and seasonal offerings. - Work closely with the Product & Operations Teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and service delivery. - Maintain strong professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of English (knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage). - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations. - Familiarity with CRM tools or similar platforms will be preferred.,
