We are looking for an Recruiter Cum HR Assistance (female) who can grow into a future HRBP, while managing core hiring and also assisting Head of HR for strategic HR initiatives at the corporate level 2.1 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Work with HR Head to collect & consolidate monthly manpower needs of all business entities in CKR Retail Pvt Ltd (Corporate Office, Regional Office & Retail Level leadership) Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination & feedback management across all businesses Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, walk-ins, campus connect, Naukri and referrals Maintain a centralized recruitment tracker with daily updates, funnel metrics and ageing reports Drive post-offer engagement and onboarding process with documentation and induction coordination Create & maintain hiring dashboards for each business vertical weekly and share with HR Head 2.2 HR Central Assistance: Coordinate and support HR Head in Projects & Assignments: Maintains HR calendar: Align HR review meetings, audits and strategy sessions Prepare meeting presentations, MOMs, Project trackers, Policy drafts & compliance summaries etc Collate HR data from 5 businesses to build HR MIS dashboards, hiring status, attrition trends, manpower reports to assist Head HR in informed & data driven decision making etc, by close co-work with Head HR Competency Mapping Project - Evaluating job roles, assist employees, maintain skill matrices to tapping this data in various HR approaches through structured Job Analysis methods. Organization Restructuring - Support re-alignment of teams in-line with Business strategies Employer Branding - Analyse & implement way forward employer branding intiatives, employee stories, job branding and institutional tie-ups Act as a key player in HR Software Portal Implementation, UAT testing and GO LIVE support by managing external vendors & internal employees Change management projects & initiatives for the complete company for long term growth of business. 2.4 Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the liaison agent for L&D and Audit Departments of all five businesses (who have dotted line reporting to HR Head) for, Audit operations, Learning program coordination & connection with business needs SOP checks and follow-ups to achieve thier KPIs in-line with Business needs. 2.5 Others: Support in making & revising HR policies with guidance from HR Head time to time Coordinate with compliance vendors for Shop & Establishment, PF, ESIC, etc., PAN India Maintain compliance calendar and ensure timely renewals and filings by coordinating with respective Business HRs. III.WHY THIS ROLE IS UNIQUE: You will develop generalist skills beyond recruitment - Policy making, HR System implementation, HR Process standardization, Building an Organization in HR front, Compliance, etc. But recruitment is the primary role You will get exposure to HR for five different industries under one roof You will work directly with the HR Head You will be at the center of organizational evolution in a company thats scaling up rapidly IV. DESIRED CANDIDATE'S CHARACTERISTICS (MUST HAVE): Should have basic understanding of HR functions & basic exposure in HR generalist function (especially in Talent Acquistion & Recruitment End to End) Should represent a modern, groomed, trend-aware persona both in appearance and lifestyle (since, we are in business of building brands that "Shape Lifestyles of Human Beings" & "Addressing modern employee mindsets and behavioral dynamics with-in HR practices") Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint & excel) Should have proper communication skills, follow-up skills, Coordination skills and reporting skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and time-management skills Should be proficient in languages - English (must) & Tamil (optional) Should have only 1 to 2 years of experience in HR Reruitmenrt field Should have capability to work in fast-paced setting with exposure to HR Head Should have sharp eye for detail and confidentiality Should be ready to travel to retail outlet locations PAN India in HR need basis Should be ready to work in highly ambitious work environment Should be flexible and adaptable to work environment We value attitude hugely because your attitude determines your success at CavinKare's - CKR Retail Pvt Ltd.
