Job Description

As the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day catering and bar operations within the club. Your responsibilities include ensuring consistent quality in food and beverage offerings and coordinating catering for regular services, sports events, and special occasions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with chefs and bar staff to develop diverse, seasonal menus. - Ensure menu options accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions. - Customize menus for club events and private functions. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in food and beverage management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be responsible for managing catering budgets, enforcing hygiene and food safety standards, recruiting and training catering staff, and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of quality products. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining and event experiences for club patrons and ensuring the smooth execution of club-hosted events. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as paid sick time and provident fund. The work schedule includes day shifts, fixed shifts, and rotational shifts, with a yearly bonus opportunity. The work location is in person, and the application deadline is 06/05/2025, with an expected start date of 07/05/2025.
