About the Role:

Manager – Category Merchandising (Jewellery)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
merchandising planning & forecasting
(demand, annual plans, gross contribution).
Drive
pricing, promotion & markdown strategies
to maximize margins.
Manage
product portfolio & new product development
.
Oversee
inventory norms, stock turns, and new store indenting
.
Partner with sales & retail ops teams to improve
channel & store productivity
.
Contribute to
policy updates, training, and people development
.

What We’re Looking For:

5–8 years of relevant experience in
Jewellery, Fashion, or Garments
.
Strong
category management & analytical ability
.
Skills in
customer orientation, detail orientation, and stakeholder collaboration
.
