About the Role:

We’re seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager – Category (Accessories) to own and scale the business performance of assigned categories for a fast-growing consumer brand. This role is responsible for driving revenue, improving margins, and enhancing customer experience across e-commerce platforms while acting as the category business owner.

Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Own category P&L and drive top-line revenue within defined investment budgets

📊 Improve key site metrics including conversion, AOV, and overall category KPIs

📈 Forecast, monitor, analyze, and report category performance against targets

🚚 Plan and execute seasonal, monthly, and promotional campaigns aligned with business goals

📣 Manage website content in line with marketing and promotional calendars

🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners while negotiating margins and budgets

Requirements:

✅ 8+ years of experience in category management, e-commerce, or consumer brands

✅ Strong understanding of sales forecasting, performance tracking, and P&L ownership

✅ Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

✅ Experience managing promotions, campaigns, and category growth initiatives

Preferred:

⭐ Prior experience handling accessories or fashion categories

⭐ Strong analytical mindset with a customer-first approach
