What You’ll Do Define and execute seasonal assortments for bedding, bath linens, tableware & more Negotiate with suppliers for best-in-market pricing, quality & lead times Partner with Planning & Analytics to hit budget, margin & inventory-turn targets Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising) to deliver merchandising excellence What We’re Looking For Graduate in Textiles / Fashion / Business (MBA a plus) 8–12 yrs retail buying experience with full P&L ownership in home-ware or related categories Strong analytical skills & vendor-negotiation track record Excellent communication & stakeholder-management abilities What We Offer Competitive CTC Rapid career progression in a growth-oriented retail environment Ready to shape the future of home-ware buying?
