What You’ll Do

• Define and execute seasonal assortments for bedding, bath linens, tableware & more
• Negotiate with suppliers for best-in-market pricing, quality & lead times
• Partner with Planning & Analytics to hit budget, margin & inventory-turn targets
• Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising) to deliver merchandising excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in Textiles / Fashion / Business (MBA a plus)
• 8–12 yrs retail buying experience with full P&L ownership in home-ware or related categories
• Strong analytical skills & vendor-negotiation track record
• Excellent communication & stakeholder-management abilities
