Website: www.exponents.com Job Summary: Exponents Insta USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Catalogue Manager to oversee the strategy, content management, performance, and evolution of our Booth design catalogue on the Exponents website. This role is critical in ensuring our Booth design listings are optimized for visibility, relevance, accuracy, and engagement, ultimately driving lead generation in the B2B space. Key Responsibilities : · Online Catalogue creation including adding new Booth Design as per the market trends & business needs. · Collaborate with internal stakeholder (Sales Team, Marketing, Costing Team, NPD, Design Team) to keep improving quality of catalogue · Product Data Management- Ensure Booth Design data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date · Resolve issues related to product listings in a timely manner · Optimize Booth Design descriptions, keywords, tags, filters, categories and titles that optimize search engine rankings · Collaborate with web development to improve the navigation and design of the catalogue interface. Ensure all booth listings are visually appealing, and engaging for the target users · Working with content writers and designers to create engaging product content and visuals aligning with our branding · Monitor and analyze the overall catalogue performance metrics using search engine tools · Implement best practices for catalogue management and product information. · Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for catalogue management · Analyzing customer behavior- page views, lead, bounce rate, and dwell time, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in catalogue. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree/MBA (Tier I/II institute) in Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Media, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in digital catalogue/product management, preferably in a B2B environment. • Stakeholder management experience is a must • Experience working for a U.S/UK company/client focused on the U.S/UK market. • Experience in B2B industry experience, preferably in: Tradeshow/Exhibition, Commercial interior & display solutions, Retail/furniture industry or solution selling will be preferred • Knowledge of design in any field -product, communication, space, UX or fashion Show more Show less
