Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Case Processing Executive, based in Pune. The Case Processing Executive will be responsible for overseeing and executing case-related data processing, order management, and document verification. Duties include managing information flow, conducting market research, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of data. The selected candidate is expected to demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Analytical skills to interpret data, problem-solve, and drive process improvements
• Proficiency in Data Processing and Order Processing for accurate and timely execution of operations
• Knowledge and application of Market Research to gather and analyze relevant information
• Attention to detail and proficiency in using office tools and data management systems
• Capability to work full-time on-site in Pune and manage deadlines effectively
• Prior experience in case processing or related fields is an advantage
