Case Coordinator

Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, caregivers, and therapists regarding each child’s program.

Conduct initial intake, collect developmental history, and assist in enrolment and assessment processes.

Coordinate schedules for therapy sessions (OT, PT, Speech, Special Education, etc.) and parent training programs.

Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP)

Track developmental progress and ensure interventions are delivered as planned.

Facilitate regular review meetings with parents and the multidisciplinary team.

Provide guidance, resources, and emotional support to families.

Document case notes, session attendance, progress reports, and follow-up actions.

Assist in referrals to external medical, developmental, or psychological services when needed.

Ensure confidentiality, safety protocols, and compliance with early intervention guidelines.

Support awareness programs, parent workshops, outreach, and community engagement activities.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Child Development, or related fields.

Experience working with children aged 0–6 or in early intervention/therapy-based settings is preferred.

Strong communication and family-support skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases, schedule therapies, and maintain accurate documentation.

Knowledge of developmental milestones, early childhood needs, and intervention processes.

Empathy, patience, and ability to work closely with parents of children with special needs.
