Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Case Coordinator role located in Mumbai. The Case Coordinator will manage client cases across education and migration services while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing.

Key responsibilities include communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the education admission and visa/migration processes. The Case Coordinator will also be responsible for documentation management, application follow-up, and ensuring all cases comply with institutional and immigration regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate education and migration cases, including student visa and Permanent Residency (PR) applications.
  • Liaise with immigration authorities, universities, and consultants to ensure timely processing of applications.
  • Provide clients with clear information about visa categories, eligibility requirements, and documentation checklists.
  • Track application status and follow up with clients and officials to ensure smooth progression of cases.
  • Maintain accurate case records in compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every client receives personalized and transparent guidance throughout their journey.
  • Support internal teams by identifying and resolving any case-related discrepancies or documentation gaps.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Permanent Residency (PR) and Visa Documentation processes for countries such as Australia and Canada.
  • Experience in Case Management or Client Coordination, preferably in an education or migration consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration with team members.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document handling tools.
  • bachelor degree, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
