Role Description

This is an on-site, contract position for a Case Coordinator based in Ahmedabad. The Case Coordinator will be responsible for managing client cases, ensuring proper documentation, handling client inquiries, and maintaining compliance with immigration regulations. Responsibilities include regular communication with clients, providing updates, and working closely with the team to offer timely solutions. The role requires exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to manage and process client cases efficiently.

• Knowledge of Insurance processes and related documentation
• Proficiency in working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to maintain attention to detail and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with immigration procedures and compliance is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
