Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering and routing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. Duties also include managing office supplies, coordinating mail distribution, and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area. The role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system and manage appointments
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
• Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is beneficial
