Role Summary

We are looking for a well-spoken, organized, and confident Front Office & Telecalling Executive (Female) to be the face and voice of Lyxaa. This role is responsible for front desk management, billing coordination, appointment scheduling, and initial client follow-ups via phone. The position blends customer-facing presence with telecalling and admin support, ensuring seamless operations and a premium client experience.


Key Responsibilities


Front Office & Reception Duties

  • Welcome and greet all clients, walk-ins, and visitors warmly in line with Lyxaa’s premium wellness environment
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and brand consistency
  • Coordinate appointments, update schedules, and assist clients with service or location-related inquiries
  • Maintain daily client records and coordinate basic service documentation
  • Handle basic administrative support tasks as required by clinic management


Billing & Administrative Support

  • Generate and process customer bills using software or manual logs (cash, UPI, card)
  • Maintain accurate daily cash register and billing records
  • Ensure timely documentation of every service sale and product purchase
  • Coordinate with the accountant/CA firm on financial records and weekly/monthly audits
  • Help manage inventory of forms, brochures, and basic office supplies


Telecalling & Customer Engagement

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads from marketing or walk-in lists
  • Explain Lyxaa’s offerings—diagnostics, therapies, wellness services—in a clear, confident manner
  • Confirm appointments, follow up with potential clients, and share service reminders
  • Collect and record feedback, queries, or concerns from customers into the database
  • Coordinate with the operations or medical team to relay customer needs


Requirements

  • Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, commerce, hospitality, or a related field
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a front office, telecalling, customer service, or billing role (healthcare or wellness industry experience is a plus)
  • Language: Excellent verbal communication in English and Malayalam


Skills Required


  • Client handling with professionalism and empathy
  • Strong knowledge of payment handling and billing procedures
  • Confident on the phone and in person
  • Familiar with basic digital tools (Excel, WhatsApp Business, billing software, Google Sheets)
  • Able to multitask and maintain calm under pressure
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to represent Lyxaa's brand tone consistently

  • Presentable, well-groomed, and confident in maintaining a premium client experience
  • Willing to help or be a part of the marketing team in content creation.
  • Willing to adapt and learn Lyxaa’s growing range of services and systems
  • Emotionally intelligent and customer-focused
  • Open to working occasional extended hours or weekends if required for events or peak days
