We’re Hiring: MVP Developer / Automation Expert (0.5–2 Years Exp) Company: Lyxaa Biodynamics Pvt. Ltd. Location: On-site – Calicut, Kerala Experience: 1–2 years Salary: ₹15,000–₹24,000 per month Type: Temporary / Project-Based (with potential for full-time role) Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We’re a preventive healthcare startup seeking a smart, driven, and curious MVP Developer / Automation Engineer to help us turn early-stage product ideas into real-world MVPs — fast. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about AI automation, agentic systems, no-code development and Ai startups. You’ll work directly with the founder to build workflows, tools, and MVPs using some of the most powerful platforms in the AI and automation space. This is a temporary, project-based role — but if you perform well, there’s a strong opportunity to become a part of the core team as a full-time Automation Engineer post-funding. Responsibilities: • Build and launch MVPs using low-code/no-code platforms • Set up backends using Supabase or similar tools • Create smart workflows and agents using n8n, Make, Cursor, Bolt, etc. • Work closely with the founder on idea-to-execution cycles • Debug, test, document, and iterate rapidly • Optionally contribute to full-stack development, if skilled Tools We Currently Use: • Lovable.dev (AI-based web app development) • n8n(Automation & workflows) • Supabase (Backend) What We’re Looking For: • 0.5–2 years of experience in automation, AI workflows, or software development • Passion for building agentic AI systems and Startup culture • Comfortable using tools like Supabase, Make, n8n, Cursor, Bolt, etc. • Preferably built many workflows (50+ is a strong plus, not mandatory) • Self-driven, fast learner, problem-solver • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Degree not mandatory — we value skills and execution • Bonus: Full-stack knowledge is a plus Compensation: • ₹15,000 to ₹24,000 per month (depending on skills and experience) • Temporary/project-based role • Opportunity to join full-time as Core Automation Engineer based on performance Location: • On-site – Calicut, Kerala • This is not a remote role How to Apply: Send your resume/portfolio to careers@lyxaa.com Bonus if you include examples of workflows or agents you’ve built.
