Role Summary: We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. You will be the face of Lyxaa’s high-touch care model, conducting home visits and in-clinic procedures such as sample collection, IV nutrition therapy, vital checks, and patient education. Key Responsibilities: Perform safe, single-prick blood sample collection with utmost care and precision Administer IV nutrition therapies with sterile technique and comfort monitoring Record vitals and BMI Travel to client locations in Lyxaa’s equipped medical van or serve walk-in clients at the clinic Maintain and operate medical trolley (tools, test kits, IV devices) Support the doctor during consultations, follow-ups, and client care planning Maintain electronic medical records with accuracy and clarity Collaborate with marketing team for health content creation (e.g., reels, demos, behind-the-scenes) Be confident on camera, represent Lyxaa’s values, and help build public trust Ensure 100% compliance with hygiene, infection control, and safety regulations Ideal Candidate Profile: BSc Nursing with valid Kerala Nursing Council registration Minimum 3 years of hands-on clinical experience Strong skills in phlebotomy and IV line insertion – single prick accuracy expected Willing and confident to appear in videos and educational content Positive team spirit – ready to support doctors and other staffs Detail-oriented and tech-comfortable (EMR, Infusion pump, drip monitor, and other devices) Licensed driver preferred Must be open to local travel Skills Required: Medication Dosage Calculation: Proficient in calculating accurate dosages based on doctor’s prescription, body weight (if applicable), and dilution requirements Familiar with metric conversions, infusion rates, and drip calculations Attention to Detail: Double-checks all medication labels, expiry dates, and lot numbers Cross-verifies dosages before administration, especially in multi-vitamin or custom IV mixes Understanding of Drug Properties & Interactions: Knowledge of IV nutrients and supplements (e.g. Glutathione, NAD+, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C) Awareness of potential contraindications, patient allergies, and supplement interactions Aseptic Preparation & Labeling: Prepares medication using sterile technique to avoid contamination Labels all mixed solutions with client name, contents, dosage, and time of preparation Safe Handling & Storage: Understands cold chain and light-sensitive storage needs for IV medications Adheres to handling protocols for biologics and single-dose/multi-dose vials Documentation & Regulatory Compliance Accurately records dosage, lot number, time of administration, and post-administration observations in EMR Follows protocols as per medical license guidelines and local healthcare regulations Critical Thinking & Escalation Able to detect discrepancies in prescriptions or dosages and escalate to the physician immediately Monitors patient response to medication and is trained to manage adverse effects safely What You’ll Get: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Travel allowance and Lyxaa van support for field visits Opportunity to work with advanced longevity technologies Marketing exposure and personal branding through content creation A tight-knit team culture and meaningful career in future-forward health How to Apply: Send your CV and a short video intro (optional) to careers@lyxaa.com Subject Line: Nurse Application – [Your Name] Join the science of longevity.
