Role Overview As Head of Operations, you will own and scale Lyxaa’s entire service-delivery ecosystem while ensuring smooth, day-to-day operations—clinic- and field-based. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will build and optimize processes, manage cross-functional teams, and drive both cost-efficiency and quality across our growing network of centers and home-care services. Key Responsibilities 1) Service Delivery & Process Management Design, document, and refine SOPs for all core services: home nurse visits, diagnostic sample collection, IV therapy, telehealth consultations, and in-clinic workflows. Implement quality-control checks, field audits, and regulatory-compliance mechanisms to guarantee clinical safety and service excellence. Optimize resource utilization—staff rosters, equipment deployment, and supply inventory—to minimize cost without sacrificing quality. 2) Clinic & Field Operations Oversight Oversee daily operations at each Lyxaa center and coordinate home-care schedules; ensure seamless patient flow, timely bookings, and high satisfaction. Monitor team performance metrics (utilization rates, service turnaround times, client satisfaction) and implement corrective action when needed. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and data-privacy regulations across all service modalities. 3) Vendor & Partnership Management Establish and manage relationships with laboratories, medical-supply vendors, equipment providers, and logistics partners. Negotiate SLAs, pricing, and volume discounts; regularly review vendor performance to maintain service standards and cost targets. 4) Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with Marketing and Telecalling teams to forecast demand, align capacity, and coordinate promotional campaigns. Liaise with Finance (and external CA firm) for accurate invoicing, billing, collections, and budget management. Work with Product and Technology teams to pilot new offerings—wearable integrations, AI-driven workflows, or mobile-app enhancements. 5) Cost Optimization & Financial Discipline Identify opportunities for cost savings across operations (route optimization, staffing models, bulk procurement). Implement tracking systems for operational expenses, report variances, and recommend budgetary reallocations to senior leadership. 6) Team Leadership & Culture Recruit, train,manage and mentor operations staff (dispatch coordinators, field nurses, lab technicians, front-desk personnel) to build a high-performing, cohesive team. Present weekly and monthly performance reviews to the Founder, highlighting successes, risks, and strategic recommendations for expansion. Requirements Education: Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 4-7 years in operations management, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, home-care services, or a high-growth startup. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance. Skills & Competencies: Advanced process-design and project-management capabilities (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus). Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen for vendor contracts and budget oversight. Proficiency with HRMS/CRM platforms, route-planning or dispatch tools, and inventory management systems. Data-driven mindset, with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard tools (e.g., Google Data Studio). Personal Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
