Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Captain to join our team at RAMEE HOTEL PANCHSHIL, KOLHAPUR. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the hotel's restaurant or bar area.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food and beverages.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Captain in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures.
