Job Description

A Capital Market Trade Head-BPS role involves managing and optimizing business process services (BPS) for capital market operations, leading improvement initiatives through technology and process re-engineering, and ensuring efficient trading operations while complying with regulations. Key responsibilities include project management, process transformation, driving efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and reporting progress to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement:
Lead and implement projects to improve efficiency and productivity in capital market trading operations by re-engineering processes and using technology.
Automation:
Identify and implement automation solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and productivity.
Strategic Direction:
Develop and execute strategies to align with the firm's capital market objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Performance Measurement:
Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure delivery excellence and identify areas for enhancement.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all capital market trading activities adhere to financial regulations and reporting standards.
Risk Management:
Manage risks associated with capital market activities and ensure compliance with risk limits and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership:
Lead a team of finance professionals, provide strategic direction, and foster a culture of innovation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with global, cross-functional teams to deliver improvement and transformation initiatives successfully.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
