We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Derivatives Trader to manage and execute trades in derivative instruments such as futures, options, swaps, and other structured products. The role involves market analysis, risk management, strategy execution, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal trading policies. Execute trades in equity, commodity, currency, or interest rate derivatives (futures, options, swaps). Analyze market trends, price movements, and volatility to identify profitable trading opportunities. Develop, test, and implement trading strategies based on quantitative and fundamental analysis. Monitor open positions and manage risk exposure in line with approved limits. Track P&L, margins, Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega), and volatility metrics. Ensure compliance with SEBI / exchange regulations and internal risk controls. Coordinate with risk management, research, and back-office teams for smooth trade settlement. Prepare daily trading reports and performance analysis. Stay updated with global economic events, policy changes, and market news impacting derivatives. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field . MBA / CFA / FRM / NISM certifications (Derivatives Module) preferred. Strong understanding of derivatives instruments and market mechanics. Proficiency in trading platforms and market data tools. Excellent numerical, analytical, and decision-making skills.
