Employees under this span will be a part of one of the sub-offerings - Recruitment , Sourcing , Scheduling , BGV , Document Collection , Onboarding & Internal Shared Services, helping the worlds leading recruitment companies bring their vision to life enabling them to improve outcomes by converging around the candidate, connecting expertise with unique insights into the candidate experience.Build a proactive sourcing plan and identify sourcing channels and tactical strategies that are aligned to the goals of organization and ensures best talent is identified and attracted by the company. What are we looking for Candidate Identification and EngagementoConduct market research to identify potential candidates for senior leadership and critical capability roles.oUse various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and talent databases, to identify and engage with high-potential talent.oCraft compelling outreach messages to attract passive candidates.Pipeline DevelopmentoBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.oProvide regular updates to the Sourcing Advisor on the status of pipelines and candidate engagement efforts.Collaboration and SupportoCollaborate with the Sourcing Advisor to refine sourcing strategies and align efforts with organizational goals.oSupport the Talent Acquisition team by providing market insights and candidate data.Data Management and ReportingoMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other sourcing tools.oProvide metrics and reports on sourcing activities and pipeline status.Technical SkillsoProficiency in sourcing tools, ATS, and CRM systems.oStrong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.Skills Research and Analytical SkillsoAbility to conduct thorough market research and talent mapping.oStrong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and market data.Communication and Interpersonal SkillsoExcellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging passive candidates.oAbility to build relationships with internal stakeholders and potential candidates.Organizational and Time Management SkillsoStrong organizational skills to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.oAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Technical SkillsoProficiency in sourcing tools, ATS, and CRM systems.oStrong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.Attention to DetailoHigh level of accuracy in data entry and candidate documentation.
