As an Email Marketing Strategist & Campaign Expert with a focus on Klaviyo, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end email campaigns for e-commerce and B2B clients. Your responsibilities will include developing data-driven strategies, guiding the team in campaign execution, utilizing Klaviyo expertise, enhancing brand positioning and copywriting, troubleshooting deliverability issues, designing email automation workflows, conducting competitive analysis, analyzing performance metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating cross-functionally, and continuously learning to stay updated with the latest trends. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Execute Data-Driven Strategies: Create and implement email marketing strategies aligned with client goals to optimize revenue through buyer journey optimization. - Campaign Execution and Team Guidance: Manage all aspects of email campaign execution and provide guidance to the team on list segmentation, template design, copywriting, A/B testing, and deployment. - Klaviyo Expertise: Utilize Klaviyo expertise to optimize email marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients. - Brand Positioning and Copywriting: Enhance campaign effectiveness by using brand positioning and understanding copywriting frameworks like AIDA. - Troubleshoot Deliverability Issues: Identify and resolve email deliverability issues using tools like SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. - Email Automation Workflows: Design and optimize email marketing automation workflows such as drip campaigns. - Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitive analysis of email marketing strategies in the e-commerce and B2B sectors to identify trends and opportunities. - Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate detailed reports with actionable insights. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant email marketing regulations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. - Continuous Learning: Embrace continuous learning and testing to stay updated with the latest email marketing trends and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Master's degree in any field. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing campaigns for e-commerce and B2B clients. - Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance. - Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies. - Expertise with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Instantly, etc. - Experience with email deliverability tools and techniques like MX Toolbox, Spamhaus, etc. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Positive and supportive approach to foster a productive team environment.,
