Is responsible for ensuring the effective governance of offshore delivery operations, focusing on compliance, process adherence, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and optimize offshore delivery processes within CRM domain. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Campaign Management focuses on planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. The team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result. The team is accountable for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using ROI calculations. The role may require for you to have a good understanding of digital marketing, email marketing and technologies like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Automation studio, Google DV360 and Responsys. What are we looking for? Problem-solving skills Experience in governance, risk management, or compliance roles. Strong understanding of offshore delivery operations and processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Has good understanding of the end to end CRM domain experience with regards to campaign activation lifecycle from planning to deployment & metric measurement. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in offshore delivery governance. Experience with process improvement methodologies Familiarity with offshore delivery tools and technologies. CRM Industry Knowledge Roles and Responsibilities: Compliance and Process Adherence: Ensure offshore delivery operations comply agreed operating standards and enforce adherence to established processes and procedures. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to offshore delivery operations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of offshore delivery operations. Identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in offshore delivery operations. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of offshore delivery operations. Implement best practices and lessons learned. Governance Framework: Develop and maintain a governance framework for offshore delivery operations. Define roles, responsibilities, and processes to ensure effective governance.
