Job Description

Overview:

Campaign Analyst will ensure the successful planning, development, and execution of customer campaigns, driving forward our campaign activity through effective analysis and campaign data management to achieve the business targets and goals. This will include becoming an expert on our customer data, marketing processes and delivery systems, building and delivering marketing, service, and regulatory campaigns across a range of channels. You will work closely with key stakeholders internally, and liaise with 3rd party suppliers such as marketing agencies, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and opportunities to improve performance are realised.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to acquire new customers and build repeat business
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Improve new campaigns using data and closed loop feedback from existing and previous campaigns
  • Manage the execution of marketing campaigns including design, test run, implementation of selection and exclusion criteria, measure campaign performance using Campaign Management Systems
  • Provide recommendations on optimized solutions in the context of campaign mechanisms: selection criteria, channels of targeting, A/B testing, success measurement and establish expected volumes for communications
  • Work closely with data scientists, business analysts and business stakeholders to measure the response rates and incremental growth for each campaign, insights from the analysis to be shared with various stakeholders within the campaign management process
  • Coordinate with data engineers, IT team, third party agencies to streamline the data ingestion for campaign management
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives like campaign/communication channels analysis dashboards and actively contribute towards enhancements and optimization of marketing tools and platforms in use.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational qualification – Bachelors / Master in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) from any reputed institute
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the BFSI Campaign / Product Analytics team
  • Experience in managing campaigns from planning to execution to tracking
  • Strong Analytical Skills- proficiency in; SAS Suite (Mandatory), Tableau, Excel & SQL
  • Experience in Demand Side Marketing platforms, SEO, SEM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
  • ·A drive to learn and master new technologies, techniques, and digital banking.
