Campaign Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and driven Campaign Analyst to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to optimize marketing operations, drive data-driven decision-making, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize

  Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

  to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align business requirements with Salesforce Cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models for tracking marketing performance.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce Cloud and other marketing technology platforms.
• Provide training and support to marketing team members on Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Mathematics / Marketing Analytics / Agriculture or related field (from an AICTE-approved institution).
• 8+ years of total experience, including 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a Campaign Analyst or Marketing Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital marketing platforms.
• SQL experience is required.
