Key Responsibilities

• Make

  100+ outbound calls daily

  to potential restaurant and retail clients.

• Schedule and deliver

  live product demos

  (virtual/phone-based) tailored to client needs.

• Identify decision-makers, handle objections, and

• Maintain a structured follow-up and pipeline to maximize conversion.

• Achieve and exceed

  sales and demo targets

  .
• 
  
• Update CRM with accurate lead status, call notes, and customer interactions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to fine-tune pitches and demo strategies.

Requirements

• Fluent English

  with a

  US/neutral accent

• Proven experience in

  telemarketing, outbound sales, or inside sales

  .
• 
  
• Strong skills in

  giving product demonstrations

  (POS/Software/Fintech preferred).
• 
  
• Ability to influence and build trust with restaurant and retail business owners.

• Target-oriented mindset

  with consistent track record of hitting KPIs.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and online demo platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
